i do not have the right to revoke characters from you. if i ever, for some dumbass reason, ask for you to give a character back to me, then you have the right to say no and i cannot argue with it
if a character you bought from somebody else was a design of mine, and that transaction happened to be a scam (i.e., you bought a character that somebody else owns and an unauthorized person sold it to you), then i am not responsible for repaying your loss
